How we do office share
YOU RENT THE DAY...IT'S YOURS
As easy as 1, 2, 3 ...
We rent the office of your choice* to you by the weekday, ie., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...even the weekends are up for grabs. You choose a day and that is your office for the year on that day.
What if I want to move from 1 day a week to 2 days, or 3 days?
You are welcome to increase or decrease the amount of days* with 30 days notice, according to your schedule for a small fee. All we ask is that you commit to a year.
What if I want to move to a yearly lease?
Of course! If you want the room to yourself, you are welcome to rent it for the year. However, once you sign a year lease, you will be committed to the term of the lease.
Does this mean I will be sharing the office with someone else?
Yes, but not on the same day. Each office share tenant is responsible for leaving the office ready for the next tenant.
Do I have to sign a lease?
Yes, all leases are for a year committment. This ensures some consistency in the office.
